Four-star hotel with seven-star services from Farid. The hotel has an excellent location and decent room sizes for central Paris. We enjoyed two nights of a traditional Parisian stay at this elegant hotel with excellent care and attention to detail. Friendly and dedicated staff who work as if they are the owners of the hotel. I read some negative reviews about the hotel and was surprised by how opposite our experience was. Two examples, a review mentioned that the elevator could only fit one person however we found it fit 4 adults. Another said that the AC was poor, we found the AC set at 18C and had to adjust it as we were freezing. Thank you to everyone at Helzear.

Nabeel

Great location and easy access to the metro. We traveled with our parents, who are in their late 60's, along with our 5 and 8yo daughters, and everyone was easily able to walk back and forth to the metro with no issue. Our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculately cleaned and was the perfect size for the 6 of us. We had comfortable beds and pillows, and the shower pressure felt perfect after a long day of walking around Paris. Around the corner there is a restaurant called the "Bistrot Bassano", which had delicious Greek cuisine. We experienced professional, friendly service from the hotel staff and would highly recommend Suites & Hôtel Helzear Champs-Elysées!

The hotel is a street off the main Champs Elysees and near the Arc de Triomphe end. This meant that we were really central with most things only a short distance away. The metro was easily accessible as well when we wanted to go further afield. A very nice, comfortable hotel and worked very well for us as a family of 4. When next in Paris, we will be more than happy to stay here again. We ended up staying an extra night as well owing to a cancelled flight and the thought to change hotels did not even occur to us. Thank you!

Loved the one bedroom suite even though the rooms were small it was nice to have a separate room for our son. Very comfy beds and spotless bathroom! Staff were so lovely and helpful! Building is beautiful too. Location is fabulous just next to the champs Elysees but as the Olympics were on, a little harder to get over the other side of the bridge to the Eiffel Tower.

Mixed feelings about this hotel. They have us an earlier check in at 1pm instead of 3 which was really appreciated. Location is right off the champs elysees, Executive suite size was ok for the 4 of us. Clean, good amenities replenished daily, good bed linens/pillows, great sized bathroom. Staff is courteous and helpful. Bakery and monoprix 4 min walk.
